    Hello guys, how are you?

So, my situation is related to your plugin and the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

LiteSpeed Cache has a Guest Mode option, which creates a Vary Cookie.

About a year ago, when I used your scanner, it was able to detect this cookie.

However, about a week ago, LiteSpeed support and I tested this cookie again using your scanner, and we discovered that your scanner can no longer detect it:

    https://www.cookieyes.com/cookie-checker/

This is the free scanner, but I also have the CookieYes application with the deep scanner, and that scanner didn’t detect the Vary Cookie either.

I have a couple of questions about this that only you guys can answer:

    1. Is this normal behavior? Should the scanner not detect a Vary cookie (performance cookie)?
    2. If this is normal behavior, should I include this cookie in my policy table? (CookieYes generates a table with all the cookies on the website, should I add it manually?)
    3. Or is this behavior not normal? And if it’s not, what should I do?

Please advice me what to do guys.

    Regards,

    Levi

    Hi @123nadav,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the detailed information!

We can confirm that CookieYes should detect all cookies that are actually set on your website during a browsing session. If a cookie is properly set when the page loads, it should appear in the scan results, including those related to performance.

Since this is not a generic issue, troubleshooting this may require further investigation. Could you submit a request here with your website URL?
