Lost Admin Access

Hi, I stupidly changed my admin user and now can’t see Menu Editor in the sidebar menu, checked on staging site and can see I had it set to only allow this particular user visibility. Seen this post: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/lost-regain-visibility-of-the-menu-item/ where someone had similar issue but I can’t find the ws_menu_editor entry in the wp_options table, has it moved somewhere else now or can you point me in the direction of where so I can amend my admin’s user id!!
