Looking for a tabbed theme….

Hi I’m trying to create a site that has content displayed from custom fields in posts as tabs.

What i’m trying to do is make posts with a lot of content easier to navigate.

For example have 4 tabs vertically displayed on a post page which show content from advanced custom fields. I know there are themes out there that do this but im having a hard time finding it.

Any suggestions, ideas or help would be very much appreciated.
