I’m not related with this plugin in any way, but I had a quick look at https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/user-access-manager/ and noted that the Swedish translation has not yet reached 90% of plugin strings translated (and approved) in the “Stable” branch. That’s the threshold for building the initial language pack for Swedish.
I’ll give it a go later today to bring this relatively small translation up to speed. You’re more than welcome to suggest strings, though.
Quick note to the plugin developer: In some places in this plugin’s strings, you might want to correct the capitalization of the word “WordPress”. 🙂
