When WP Super cache generates the HTML files – where does the generated HTML files get stored?

You’ll find the exact location on https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wpsupercache&tab=settings in the field “Cache Location”.

By default, it is in your site’s folder wp-content/cache/
