Location Not Displaying Any Data – Only “Processing”

    Hello,

    I’m using the Analytics Insights plugin with a connected GA4 property. All other reports (traffic, devices, sources, etc.) display correctly inside wp-admin. However, when I try to view the Location report, I only see the message:

    “Processing data, please check again in a few hours.”

    This message never resolves, even after several days.

    I verified the following:

    • GA4 is correctly connected to the plugin.
    • I’m on the latest version of Analytics Insights.
    • Other reports within the plugin work fine.
    • In GA4’s web interface for Demographic details, location data is visible and processed correctly.

    It seems the plugin’s Location panel may not be properly fetching GA4 geo data.

    Could you please confirm whether GA4 Location reports are fully supported in the current version of Analytics Insights, and if not, whether a fix or update is planned?

    Hi, have you properly setup Google Maps API? You can find details here. Also, please make sure you do have traffic for the country selected under Location Settings section, if you filter traffic to a specific county.
