Loading pages

Dear reader,

When browsing pages in the menu (for example “voor jongeren”) and switching between the pages in the menu, the page is getting reloaded. So the page is refreshed but the site is going up and down when changing topic in the menu. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem? The problem seems to be solved when disabling the navigation and footer… But I do want to use the navigation and footer…
