Loading new package

Hey everyone,

I want to use a different latex package such as

\usepackage{dirtytalk}
\usepackage{amsthm}

but if I add those two into the global preamble, I cannot use it on my webpage. Should I put those packages directly in the directory or is it even supported to use other packages then the one’s listed?
