Sorry, this is not a built-in feature of Slide Anything, nor is it something that I’ve attempted before with Slide Anything.
Has anybody else done this? (loading a slider via Ajax)
Well there is an option to ‘Lazy Load’ images, which only load images when the slides containing those images become visible – so that all the images for a slider are not loaded up-front.
This option is under “Other Settings” (at the bottom of right-hand sidebar) and is an implementation of the Owl Carousel ‘Lazy Load feature which can be seen here:
