Load css from subdomain only

Hi,

I’m running WordPress multisite. When I’m on a sub website, using a subdomain, many css files from frontend and admin are loaded from the main domain. Is it possible to load all css from the subdomain instead ?

For example in sub.example.com/wp-admin, the css are loaded from example.com/app/plugins/name/plugin.css

It’s problematic because some plugins are using icon-font and it doesn’t work with cross-domain.
