Set up your plugin. Tried different values. Tried enabling empty image alts. Nothing. Literally nothing happens with this plugin. Only Elementor and your plugins are active lol. Am I missing something here?

Question, does it not alter the alt text and title within the media library itself?

No it doesn’t.

We will work in that feature in future versions.
