Links to posts not working from other pages

Hi All – would be grateful if someone can explain why my posts aren’t able to be reviewed before publishing, and also why the links to the post from other pages come up with an error message when clicked.

Also, although I’ve enabled comments on the Blog page which is where the posts are appearing, the comment box won’t show, no matter what I do.
