Linking to an individual FAQ item does not work

Although there is a an id for the different FAQ items in HTML, I can’t access them with an anchor in the link:
https://www.metabolic4you.ch/metabolic-balance-faq/#ac_10438_collapse8
does not work.

It doesn’t need to open, just jump to the right item.

Whats the problem?

Ok, i will test it on my server, please provide me your current theme name and installed plugins name

@wpshopmart oh wow. its an old theme (can’t be downloaded anywhere and I have 20 plugins installed. Thats not really feasible in my eyes.

So basically you want to say that there might be a conflict with the Accordion plugin and one of the others or with the theme?

Maybe we can find another way how we can track down the problem. Tell me what i should check, etc. Unfortunately there is no error msg in the Chrome Dev Tools console. AssetCleanup is a plugin that works some scripts but the Accordion plugin otherwise works really fine.

@wpshopmart: I used the Health Check plugin to run Accordion FAQ on the Twenty Twenty-Three WP theme and by deactivating all plugins (I usually use) but yours.

Accordion FAQ works fine but to access a particular HTML ID like https://www.metabolic4you.ch/metabolic-balance-faq/#ac_10438_collapse8 does not work either.

Any ideas?
