line 181 php error

I need help with a error problem. But, I dont’ know nothing about php coding. I did navigate to the file on my server. How do I get this error message to not appear on my bloggy. I am currently not using any plugins or add-ons. The only thing I did was upload the zip file and and activated my theme. I am pulling my hair out with this little error.
