Limit specific user to only edit a specific page.

So when the user logs in, in the dashboard they only have “pages” available and can only edit one specific page.

They would still be able to see all pages/posts etc. on the frontend, the only limitations for them would be in the backend of the site.

Is this possible with this plugin and how would I go about setting this up?
