Limit of 100 lists

We have a client with approx 130 lists on their MailChimp account. We’ve noticed that several parts of the plugin limit the number of lists that it retrieves or displays to a maximum of 100 and so a substantial number of the client’s lists are not available for selection.

We could change the places in the plugin code where this limit is referenced – and for a short term fix we might do that given, once the list has been selected, I don’t believe this limit will have any further effect on the functionality. However any changes we make to the plugin would obviously get overwritten next time the plugin is updated.

Would it be possible for you to change the official limit throughout the plugin to, say, 200 to allow for users with larger list collections? Or maybe if that incurs some performance penalties then allow the default 100 to be over-ridden if necessary eg through a hook.
