Leaving too many behind

    I’m trying to change urls sitewide. I ran search and replace. It found a good number and fixed them. I thought I was done. Did a site audit and it found links I had already changed in search and replace. I wrote it off to absentmindedness and thought I just forgot that one. So I did it again. Then more and more kept showing up in the audit. I found the bad url on the page, ran search and replace on it but it comes back with 0 results. This has happened 4 times just now. It is just not working at all.
