Hope you are doing well today.
Smush only optimizes images, bulk smush should not affect the video’s, however smush lazy load could be related to your problem.
I’m suggesting to disable it in Smush -> lazy load menu and if that fixed the problem, you can disable lazy load for iframes in the same menu.
