    The checkout layout is broken. I lost all the design of the site, I don’t have header and footer and layout is LTR will the site is RTL, how do I fix this?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Regarding the missing header and footer:
    CartFlows checkout pages use a blank/canvas page template by default. To restore your theme’s header and footer, follow these steps:

    1. Open the step editor by clicking Edit Step on your checkout step
    2. In the right sidebar, find the Page Attributes section
    3. In the Template dropdown, select Default Template (or your theme’s template if labeled differently)
    4. Click Save/Update

    Note: If you’re using a page builder like Elementor or Beaver Builder, the template selection may be in a different location — check your page builder’s settings panel.

    Regarding the RTL layout:
    Switching to the Default Template (as above) should also restore your theme’s RTL stylesheet and fix the direction issue. If RTL is still broken after switching, please let us know which theme you’re using and we’ll look into it further.
