    Hi,

    Just a quick question.
Does this plugin support languages? How can I set up this plugin to write the email text in 2 languages and send this email automatically in 2 languages?
    Thanks,

    Héctor

Thanks for the interest in my plugin!

You write the text of the email yourself in the settings of the plugin. So, you can write this text in any language that you like.

I didn’t understand your second question. Do you want to send an email in two languages to the same customer? Why?

    Hi Ivole,

    Thanks for your answer.
Sorry, I think I did not explain myself clearly.
My concern is about having 2 languages, if for example a French customer completes an order and I have the email template written in French, then the email will be sent in French so it´s ok. But what happens if a Spanish customer completes an order an I have the template written in French? Do you see the problem?
    Thanks

OK, I see. But I still have some questions:

    1. How do you send standard WooCommerce emails in different languages?
    2. How does WooCommerce know if it is a French customer or Spanish customer?

    Hi,

I use qTranslate-X for translation and I guess Woocommerce knows if it´s a French or Spanish customer because the customer choose the language and then, for example, email confirmation purchases are sent in the customer language because the customer have done the checkout/purchase in his language.

I need to check this qTranslate-X plugin. I think that it translates WooCommerce emails. WooCommerce cannot do the translation by itself.

I will check and let you know what are possible options.

    Yes,

Sure qTranslate-X plugin translates Woocommerce emails.

I’ve just released version 3.5 of the plugin. It adds integration with “qTranslate-X” plugin, so you will be able to translate review reminder emails in different languages. You also should have “WooCommerce & qTranslate-X” plugin activated for this to work.

    Ok,

    Thanks very much.
    I´ll have a look.

    Hi Ivole,

    Thanks for your answer.
So then, how is it working?
I should write the “email body” in the Review Reminder tab in one language, and then, if I have a purchase from a different language, the email reminder will be sent translated into the other language via qTranslate-X plugin?
    Thanks

If you have “qTranslate-X” and “WooCommerce & qTranslate-X” plugins installed, then you will see buttons for switching languages in the settings on Review Reminder tab. You need to do the following:

    1) Write email body in language A.
    2) Switch to language B using the qTranslate buttons.
    3) Write email body in language B.
    4) Save settings.

After that my plugin will send email body in language A to customers who placed orders using language A. And in language B to customers who placed orders using your website in language B.
