Already found that thread https://wordpress.org/support/topic/german-translation-157/ but have the same problem: the plugin is in english and no setting to get it in German.

The forminator-de_DE_formal.po is missing. Can I manually upload it?

Hi @wp_user1,

Yes, please manually upload the MO file and not PO file for German and upload that to /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder. That should make it work.

Is that how you have done?
