Landing page issue

Hi, I have set up the hidden field in fluent forms with value {utm_event_tracker:landing_page}, and excluded cookie “wordpress_utm_event_tracker_session” in the caching plugin. In the test I first visit the page https://deye.com/ then go to page https://deye.com/contacts/ and submit the form, but the landing page shown is https://deye.com/contacts/, not https://deye.com/. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi

I just checked on my local development server, it is working perfectly. I have also checked your site I am seeing the UTM plugin giving you the right result. I have tested using this link https://deye.com/?utm_campaign=test+repon&utm_source=google&utm_medium=banner

Hi Repon, thanks for your reply. So the {utm_event_tracker:landing_page} is the first page the visitor opened, not the page the visitor submitted the form, right? Even if the visitor goes through a lot of pages before submitting the form?

Hi Repon, if there are no UTM parameters present, then the {utm_event_tracker:landing_page} will not work, right? Because I saw many contact form submit landing pages are https://deye.com/contacts/ , but this is the page visitors view last to submit the form

Yes, you are right. If any visitor land with UTM params on your website, the plugin track the visitor for 30 days.
