Lacking some options for background in Elementor

According to this website https://docs.elementor.com/article/492-elementor-2-4-overview, there should be options to set background “X Position”, “Y Position”, “attachment”, “repeat”.

But Mine only has “infinite loop”, “background size”, “Background Position” and ken burns” for normal and hover background type, when I edit sections or inner sections.

When I tried to set “background-repeat: no-repeat;” in the advanced tab -> Custom CSS after setting the class or ID for the section or inner section, it just won’t work–“Background Size: Contain” ALWAYS repeats.
