Kludgy Installation & Configuration

This was downloaded and installed.

In Admin left menu > UPS it says “connected”.
The Dashboard – everything is completed except being connected.

The link at the Dashboard to “connect” takes me to download the plugin.
It’s already installed.

There is another person on this forum with the same problem but no solution was posted.

I deleted the plugin and re-installed it and it still says “connected” in WooCommerce admin.
QUESTION 1: WHERE in the database are the data so that I can remove/uninstall completely?

I finally reinstalled it, again, and now i don’t see orders in Dashboard? Oh wait – I had to wait a while for them to port over.
QUESTION 2: What should the status be on orders to show up in Dashboard?

I set it to be in development. I cannot find that setting, now.
QUESTION 3: Where do I set it for LIVE?

QUESTION 4: How does this manage Partial Shipments where one order may have shipments on different days?
