key is not valid

    Hello everybody!

    I baught a basic key for 1500 abonnents and I cant activate it. I followed the instructions and copy and pasted the key into the right field. This results in the followeing error message:

    Your key is invalid.

    Your key is not valid for the MailPoet Sending Service.

    Your key is not valid for MailPoet Premium.

    After that I followed the instructions on the help site, I made shure its the correct key, I activated, deactivated and deleted mailpoet premium, I changed the sending method and I contacted my hoster to make shure that mail poet is withe listed. I also checked wheater the sending email adress is correct and I only use the newsletter on one site. I also created several new keys to make shure thats not the problem!

    Mailpoet is sending emails with my hoster now, but this doesnt work its only sending a fews emails every day. thats why I bought the key!

    What can I do to make this work? its useless for me if I cant send emails!
