I tried to empty cache and also varnished the site. But it keeps loading on mobile.

It looks like you also submitted a support ticket. It looks like you may need to try disabling the “Are you using an AJAX theme?” setting. It looks like your theme loads a custom version of jQuery in the footer which is too late for our plugin to use it.
Disabling this setting may fix the issue or you may need more help so let me know if you need more guidance.
