    @charliez4rd This looks like a custom script snippet, to override the default privacy policy in Complianz, and replace it with the Terms & Conditions link.

    I would look for this code in your theme customizations, or in a mu-plugin.

    You can always download the files to your computer, then do a file search for this string.

    Complianz does not use jquery on the front-end, so it’s not from the plugin itself.

    I just checked your site, and noted the banner loads as expected. Please also check in a private browser, or different browser, to see if that makes a difference.
