Jetpack Update Fail

I updated Jetpack as per usual but the Updates available indicator still showed (1) for Updates and Plugins on the Dashboard menu and on the toolbar at the top.

When clicking on these links I get blank ../wp-admin/update-core.php and ../wp-admin/plugins.php pages.

My site seems to be functioning otherwise however I have no access to any of my plugins.

Can you advise as to a solution?

A previous reporter was able to solve the same problem by activating Jetpack through the database. The site I’m referencing is oadenver.org although, as I mentioned, the site appears to be functioning normally.
