Jetpack subscriber listing not working

Hi, I’m trying to find my list of subscribers in Jetpack. When I click on Jetpack/subscribers I’m being taken into the cloud, I see the Jetpack logo – but no subscriber list. and no, I’m not being impatient. I waited ten minutes before doing a refresh. Since I plan on taking down my existing WP site, I need to export my subscribers into my mailprogram. Any ideas what’s going on here?
