Dear Forum members,

I receive the following message when trying to connect Jetpack and WordPress and I’m not able to access the jetpack dashboard. what should I do?

Jetpack encountered an error and was unable to display the Dashboard. Please try refreshing the page.

Hi there,

The Jetpack connection for your site is looking good and I’m also not having issues when accessing the Jetpack features from the WordPress.com dashboard. Could you please confirm if the issue is already resolved?

If not – did you try to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack?
