    Hi,

    I am using Jetpack on my website to be able to use the WooCommerce app.

    After connecting JetPack I can login to the wooCommerce app and everything works as expected. But after 1-5 days of it working properly, jetpack disconnects automatically. After this I am unable to use the Woocommerce app again and need to connect jetpack to the site manually again.

    I have checked many options and wordfence settings, but it keeps happening. What can I do?

    I understand you’re using Jetpack specifically so the WooCommerce app stays connected, and having it disconnect every few days breaks that workflow, so that’s definitely frustrating.

    From what you’re describing, this is usually not a Jetpack bug itself, but something interrupting the connection from the site side, most commonly a firewall, security plugin (like Wordfence), or hosting/CDN rules blocking Jetpack’s requests over time.

    Before jumping into generic troubleshooting, could you share your site URL so I can check the connection status from our side?

    Also, if you can:

    • Are you using any firewall/CDN (like Cloudflare or hosting security)?
    • Did you already whitelist Jetpack IPs or adjust any Wordfence settings?

    Once I have the site, I can guide you with more precise steps instead of trial and error.
