    Sorry this happened to you again. We worked on the issue at our end, and the IP should be fine as far as it concerns us.

    Upon checking the connection with Jetpack, I noticed that the very IP that’s failing repeatedly (120.138.18.111) reports a block at the server end. Could you please ask your hosting provider to unblock it and allow the connection through that IP?

    Then, try to reconnect Jetpack, and if the issue persists, we’ll investigate further.
