    I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue on your site. I viewed your site and was able to see the issue on the popup. It seems the Gravity Forms add the script code because of the placeholder.

    I tried to replicate the issue on my test site, but I could not reproduce the issue. It seems it is isolated on your website. Could you kindly try using the debugging process on this link Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker
