I do not see usage of this plugin on given site
The same is happening to me – I’m doing it on a local dev environment so I can’t show it to you on a live site, but here is the resulting markup:

i think it was fixed in some of previous editions, but let’ s look again. maybe some loop is still called 2 times or need to recheck filters for content.
Same in many sites with different theme
2 times printing.
=> Also revert back to version 3.4.0 fix it ..(for me)
by working on some themes, found out that there are some plugins which using same filters as this plugin.
filter: the_content
will come back to his during this weekend.
done revert back to 3.4.0
