Issues with WordPress 4.8.1

I’m using your plugin on latest version of wordpress with Genesis and Aspire Pro theme. Few weeks ago it was working perfectly fine but recently the Error and Success message started showing along with the text boxes and even before anyone presses the SUBSCRIBE button. What could be the possible issue? I’ve displayed the plugin on the given page link.
