    Hi there,

The sync works great for customers, but the products don’t get synced before the orders. So there are tons of errors like Error Code 400 :: A product with the provided variant ID does not exist in the account for this list. on 2701 in …/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/includes/api/class-mailchimp-api.php

Clearly there isn’t a product ID there because the sync hasn’t imported them yet.

When looking at the WooCommerce logs, this is the first Error in the log.

I’ve enabled remote diagnostics as well as Debug logging.

    Thanks

Hi @katharinemills we just made some updates to the plugin and 5.3 is now available. Drop your URL so that we can check it out – if you prefer not to post in the public WordPress support thread, we’ve created this Form link

Do you mind updating the plugin and checking to see if you are getting these errors? Additionally, is there anything in particular beyond these errors you would like us to resolve?

    Let us know!
