issues with page width starter template & 2024 theme

i am building a website on wordpress

1. my theme is 2024
2. using elementor to create
3. for templates using starter templates for Elementor
   everything is good until I add the starter template on the website the resloution of the website was wide at the beginning but after installing the template from starter template the website gets distorted with a small mobile like resolution for desktop how do I fix it. if I change the theme setting from Elementor to wide the logo and header disappears if default it looks like mobile resolution in desktop view
