Hi @edible-cities
Apologies I did not noticed that you have already opened a ticket here.
As mentioned on the review you’ve submitted, there are ways on how to reduce the resource usage on your server from our FAQ here – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-much-resources-does-updraftplus-need/
The most common fix would be to reduce the split archive size to 25mb. To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 25Mb save your settings and run a new process.

Bryle
This seems to have worked.
Setting to 25 and then 100MB.
However the full image is now 630MB. Is it likely this has anything to do with the imaging header data?
No worries if not. Thanks for this

Hi,
Great! Glad it works now.
Can you explain further on what you mean by this “Is it likely this has anything to do with the imaging header data”? Are you saying that the entire backup size has increased?
Also, would you be so kind to change your review? If that has already resolved the issue.
Best Wishes,
Bryle
Can do, how do I do this?
Can’t seem to see where this is poss.
Cheers
