    I am receiving error message on out WP site indicating the access key cannot be validated. This is a new installation of your tool that I purchased yesterday, and it is very annoying. I have screenshots showing the error messages and the related log entries from your plugin.

    Hello @thomasreilly,

    Click “Synchronize with Cloud” in the plugin settings, wait until the rotating icon disappears and refresh the page.

    I had the same problem. I did Synchronize with Cloud, but the error still showed. The access key was entered manually.

    However, after clicking “get access key automatically” the synchronization ran again and now the error disappeared.

    Hello @weblink,

    We are glad to know that you have resolved this issue.

    I can assume that you used the access key from the Security Service and pasted it into the Anti-Spam plugin. Security Service and Anti-Spam Service are two different plugins and services. When you clicked on get access key automatically, the access key from the correct service was automatically used.
