Issues with images

Hi, I am having problems viewing images with the editor.
I can’t see the images, just see a grey background on the editor page, however I can see them in the preview.
I also have missing buttons and text in the header area. I have deactivated all the plugins and activated one by one, but issues still. I also sent an email to support and no one has answered me.
My license is active for the PRO version, could you help me please?
