Issue with wordpress core emails

I set up your plugin. All BuddyPress and WooCommerce automated emails are going properly except the WordPress core notification emails, such as the new user registration notification to the site admin. HTML code is being displayed in the admin email account. Could you please guide me to address this issue? I am not a techie; please suggest a simple solution. Thanks

“HTML code is being displayed in the admin email account.” Can you please elaborate on this issue, I don’t quite understand what you mean by that. Would it be possible to post some screenshots?

Let me explain in detail. Admin created a user, reset the user password, and the user got an email in this format https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/anvbmrlemkbrtxxq5ejmc/Email-Error.jpg?rlkey=4vc5mam6vsyciuqut142q59ng&dl=0

I am referring to this issue only when admin actions trigger an email. Like admin create a user, reset password, etc.

that is a very untypical behavior, that we have not received any request about, yet. So I suspect it’s very specific to your system.

We have this issue, too (not using BuddyPress or WooCommerce). When your plugin is deactivated, the problem resolves. Our developers tell us the plugin is the cause. Might you assist?

Same issue here, for admin notifications. Other emails sent via actions using wp_mail as text/html, or sent by JetFormBuilder (our form plugin) look ok.
