Issue with the “[PRO] Empty Cell” option

I encountered an issue when trying to use the “[PRO] Empty Cell” option to create empty cells in a table.

Here are the steps I followed:
1. I clicked on a table cell.
2. I checked the “[PRO] Empty Cell” option for that cell.
3. I previewed the table and then published it.
However, in the preview and on the published version, the cell borders remain visible, even though the content is hidden.

Could you please assist with this issue? Are there any additional steps needed for the option to work correctly?

I have added classes manually to get the correct result, but the button does not work.

There are two, borders are hidden with the bootstrap classes type ‘border-0’

There are two parts to this issue:
1. In the block editor, when the empty cell option is activated, the items don’t go away. However, on the frontend, the items correctly do not show up.
2. The borders of the cell don’t go away. This is problematic when the cell is a corner cell.

We’ve had a discussion and decided that the best way to fix this is to remove the empty cell option and replace it with another option to modify specific cell borders.

However, we’ve been hard at work working some big features to tableberg, so, we couldn’t fix this one in time. I promise you, this feature will be our number one priority for the next release.

In the meantime, if you want a quick temporary fix, I’ll share a detailed CSS fix for this issue.
