issue with Testimonial

    first of all thanks for this great plugin, i’m using the testimonials widget on my site but having an issue with it, in front-end when i see the page the star rating is not showing but when i edit the page in elementor then it shows.

    Hi @net4earning,

    Greetings! Hope you’re doing great.

    In most cases, it happens due to a cache or Elementor update issue. To troubleshoot the issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Make sure that you’re using the latest versions of the Elementor Page Builder plugin.

    2. Clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.

    3. Regenerate CSS and Sync your Elementor libraries from Elementor > Tools [screenshot].

    1. plugin and theme is of latest ver.
    2. no cache plugin is their.
    3. did that thrice, but no use

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Please make sure that there is no internal conflict with the Theme and Plugins you’re using. Run a plugin/theme compatibility test:

    – Switch to a default WordPress theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor, and check if it resolves the issue or not.

    – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except for ElementsKit and Elementor and see if the issue persists.

    – Reactivate the plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
