Issue with SiteGround Hosting

    I’ve been using Autoptimize on over a dozen sites for a few years and never had an issue / conflict before.

    Yesterday I moved a couple of sites from another host over to SiteGround and had issues with certain elements not appearing on the site. The full menu of Our Online Courses didn’t show, the Footer didn’t show and the Menu didn’t work at all on mobile.

    SiteGround Support very quickly identified the issue as Autoptimize and everything was fine when they disabled it. I deleted and reinstalled it but the same issue occurred again. They weren’t able to offer any suggestions other than to say it shouldn’t cause any conflicts.

    I’m not sure if it was some of my Settings causing the conflict rather than the whole plugin and wondered if anyone had any ideas?

    I’d still like to use the plugin if possible because my load speed increased after deleting it.

    99.9% settings @alanrogers, have a look at the troubleshooting tips in the FAQ to see how to identify & fix. I’m always around for extra clarification if need be.

    Thanks for your swift response @futta , strangely I’ve activated it again now and everything seems OK – without having to alter any Settings?

    I’ll check it again in the morning, but thanks for the link to the FAQ’s. I thought the “Configuring & Troubleshooting Autoptimize” section might have held some answers anyway.
