Some server hosts prevent you from accessing the server configuration unfortunately. This plugin can only handle retrieving the certificate. If you don’t find the files you need to adjust, please ask your host for advise.

I can access to files:
letsencrypt
.well-known
are accessible , so there is not problem there
These are the files generated by the plugin.
In addition to these files you need to be able to access and modify the server configuration, as described in the “Setting Up SSL” section. If you can’t find these files, your host probably prevents you from accessing them.

I have another site on same server and it is working fine.
can you please tell me what files are missing
letsencrypt has 2 folders
-live has 2 files

.well-known has folder
acme-challenge – there is no files there
However when I try to generate certificate
I am getting error Challenge self check failed for domain “domain name”

actually I just generate certificate
Yet I still cannot open “Setting Up SSL”
Are you saying that you cannot open the help tab “Setting Up SSL”?
