I submitted the new revision, and we’re receiving the email notification. However, when I try to open it, it shows that the revision has not been submitted. Why is this happening?

When you submit the revisions, do you get the notice the “The revisions is submitted”?

Yes i am getting “The revisions is submitted” message.
