My host recently upgraded sites with the latest PHP (8.4). After the upgrade glossary wasn;t working and it requested a extension – iconv . We fixed that extension and the error request went away. Now my glossary is working, partially. All of my terms are in the back end, and links show up on all the pages and posts. But, the links all go to missing pages. I can look at a term in the backend and then click to go to it, and it gives a missing error. I rolled back the php. I have also cleared the cache each time, with no luck. This also happened to another site not running the pro version of glossary – sagaborn.com/cyberpunk.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,
I think that is not a problem of PHP version but something on permalinks as the page generate a 404.
I suggest you to go to Settings->Permalink and press Save your changes, in this way WordPress can generate the links for all the post types in the website included the glossary one.
