Dear News Elementor Pro Support Team,

I am part of the dev team and we bought the plugin using the [email protected] address.
I am reaching out to you with an issue I have encountered on my website, agyenes.com, hosted on Namecheap’s EasyWP platform.

I had successfully installed the News Elementor Pro plugin and had multiple pages ready. However, when I tried to use the plugin, I noticed that none of the widgets, including those from both Elementor and WordPress, would load in the page editor; it simply never loads.

Initially, I considered the possibility of a compatibility issue with another active plugin. To isolate the problem, I deactivated all other plugins, but the issue persisted. Subsequently, I went to the extent of clearing everything on my hosting and database, setting up a fresh WordPress installation. Even after doing so, and installing just Elementor, the problem remained.

I believe I have tried every possible solution on my end without success. I urgently need your assistance to ensure the plugin functions correctly on my site.

Thank you in advance for your swift response and resolution to this matter. I have a development deadline to meet.

    Kind regards,
    Gabriella
