Issue with extracting ZIP files

I’m using WP File Manager on my site and when I try to extract a ZIP file inside the plugin it doesn’t work — nothing happens. I’ve tried different ZIPs and also checked file permissions, but still the same.

Can you please help me figure out what’s going on or any setting I might be missing?
