Issue with dropdown list of pickup store

Using 4 different possible pickup stores. First time I select any item on the dropdown, it defaults to the first item on the list. Then the after that i select and it does correctly. However after that, defaults back to the first item again. I have tried to debug it myself but i cannot identify the error.
